How do I place an order?

Cash on Delivery

  1. Select the product you are interested in.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. You can then choose to continue shopping or go to Checkout.
  4. On the Checkout page, enter your personal information.
  5. Click “Confirm Order”.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Orders are processed the same working day.
  • 3 working days for Central (Punjab).
  • 3 to 4 working days for South & North (Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, and Azad Kashmir).
  • 5 to 7 working days for international orders.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been placed.
(Note: This does not mean your order has been shipped yet.)

How can I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across Pakistan.
  • Pay the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready as delivery agents may not carry change.

Online Payment

  • We accept advance payment via Online Bank Transfer.

What are the shipping charges?

Nationwide in Pakistan & Azad Kashmir

  • Free delivery via TCS, M&P Courier, and Leopard.

International Shipping

  • Charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and applicable duties (if any).
  • You can estimate shipping charges by adding items to the cart and entering your delivery address.

Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be delivered to any address you select (home, office, etc.).

How do I check the delivery status?

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS.
  • For local orders: Track on the TCS website.
  • For international orders: Track on the DHL website.
  • You may also contact our Customer Care team for updates.

What happens if I am unavailable to receive my order?

  • Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver your parcel.
  • Please ensure your address, country, and area code are entered correctly when placing the order.
  • If delivery fails on the second attempt, the order will be returned to us.

What if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may return or exchange it through our store locations or courier. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

What if an incomplete order is delivered?

We take great care to ensure all orders are complete. If an incomplete order is delivered, please contact Customer Care, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

  • Order cancellation depends on whether it has been shipped or not.
  • To cancel, send your request to Customer Care.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you can only exchange it as per our Return Policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items or pricing errors.

What if an item is out of stock?

  • If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
  • If no stock is available, the item will be removed from the website.
  • Please check the website regularly for updated stock.
